Banana Muffins Recipe
Here is the recipe for banana muffins - beginner version.
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (maida)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
3 large or 5 small bananas, mashed
¾ cup white sugar
1 egg
⅓ cup butter, melted
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 175 °C. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a large bowl. Fold in flour mixture, and mix until smooth.
Coat muffin pan with butter. Scoop batter into muffin pan. Fill until the edge; the tops will rise above the pan. Sprinkle the tops lightly with cinnamon powder.
Bake in preheated oven. Bake muffins for 12 to 15 minutes.
Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy.
Serving: 7-8 muffins
